About the Role

Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience as an SAP Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of success in SAP implementations and support.SAP Knowledge & Experience: Strong understanding of SAP systems, modules, and configurations. Hands-on experience in SAP customization and support.Advanced SQL Skills: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Familiarity with database design and data modeling.Power BI and Excel Proficiency: Ability to create impactful reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

SAP Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience with SAP systems to support and optimize our organization's business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and troubleshoot SAP modules as per business requirements.

Advanced SQL Skills: Develop and execute complex SQL queries and stored procedures to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance for efficient data processing.

Power BI and Excel: Utilize your proficiency in Power BI and Excel to design and create informative and visually appealing reports and dashboards. Present data-driven insights to aid decision-making for various stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across different business units. Understand their needs, requirements, and feedback, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Hybrid Work Environment: Adapt to the hybrid work model with 2 or 3 days working from the office in Bangalore. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders both in-person and through virtual channels.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas of improvement in SAP processes, data handling, and reporting. Implement best practices and enhancements to streamline operations and increase overall efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of SAP configurations, SQL queries, and data analysis procedures for reference and knowledge sharing within the team.
