About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Associate in Client Engagement & Protection to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in system functionality, compliance, and user training, coupled with a proficiency in analytical tools and an understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) principles.
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions to ensure efficient use of system functionalities.- Refine system operations and functionalities to enhance user experience and compliance.- Develop and oversee the execution of test plans, establish acceptance criteria, and conduct reviews of functional specifications to ensure they meet both local and global standards.- Document and manage local requirements, adapt global standards to fit local contexts, and handle any arising exceptions effectively.- Display proficiency in using analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Macros to manage data and support decision-making processes.
About the Company
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and compliance.Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across global teams.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
